Chicken Enchilada Pinwheels

Ingredientes

1 tortilla

1 wedge pepper jack cheese, laughing cow

1/4 tsp Fajita seasoning

4 oz chicken

Enchilada sauce

Queso

Shredded cheese

Crushed chips

Instrucciones

Mixed together, the pepper jack cheese and fajita seasoning. Spread on top of the tortilla. Add chicken on top. Drizzle with queso and enchilada sauce, sprinkle with cheese. Roll tortilla and slice into 1 inch strips. Air fry at 370 for 5 to 7 minutes.
