Ice Cream Sandwich Cookies

Ingredientes

1 package Cake Mix, any flavor

2 large eggs

3/4 cup vegetable shortening

Instrucciones

1. Pour cake mix into bowl of electric stand mixer.

2. Add shortening. Mix well.

3. Add eggs. Mix completely.

4. Using a 2 Tablespoon cookie scoop, portion out the dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet, placing balls of dough 3 inches apart.

5. Bake in a 350°F oven for 9-10 minutes.6. Cool completely on the cookie sheet. Cookies will appear puffy, then flatten out.
