Creamy Cucumber Salad

Ingredientes

Cucumbers, sliced

Sweet onion sliced

1/2 cup cream

2 Tbsp sugar

3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Salt & pepper

Instrucciones

Slice cucumbers and onion and place them in a bowl. Mix cream, sugar and vinegar. Add salt & pepper to taste. Pour over cucumbers and onion. Marinate several hours or overnight.
