1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground lamb
1 shallot
1/2 white onion
2 gloves garlic
Dried oregano
Dried rosemary
S&P
Tzatziki
Olive oil
Pita
Onion
Tomato

Instrucciones
Add ground beef and lamb into bowl.
Puree shallot, garlic, and onion. Add mixture to the meat along with oregano, rosemary, s&p. Mix.
Preheat oven to 400F.
Cover baking sheet with foil. Form meat into a loaf on the pan. Bake.
Cut loaf into strips, then sear in a skillet with olive oil until crispy.
Heat up pita. Fill with meat, onion, tomato, lettuce, and tzatziki.
