High Protein Autumnal Crumble

Perfect for breakfast or even as a healthy dessert, trust me once you make this crumble it will be on repeat. Full of fibre and protein to keep you full and balanced. Bake until bubbling and the crumble golden, if it looks like its catching simply cover with a little foil. Serve with thick yoghurt and thank me later. Just so good.
280kcal and 21g protein (inc yoghurt)
1 ripe plum
5-6 blackberries
2 tbsp rolled oats
1 heaped tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 heaped tsp runny nut butter, I used cashew for a more neutral flavour but almond would work well
50g thick yoghurt to serve
Instrucciones
Preheat the oven to 150c fan or air fryer to 140c.
Dice the plums and blackberries, feel free to toss in sweet cinnamon.
Mix the oats with the protein powder, maple and nut butter until it forms sticky clumps.
Pop the fruit into a oven safe ramekin, top with the crumble and bake for 30 minutes until golden and bubbling. If the crumble starts to burn/catch, cover with foil for the rest of the baking time.
