Sausage and Bisquick Muffins

Ingredientes

1 pound breakfast sausage

1 cup bisquick mix

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

4 eggs

Instrucciones

Preheat oven 350

Brown and crumble the sausage in skillet over medium heat.

Whisk eggs in a mixing bowl. Stir in cheese and bisquick, mixing well, fold in cooked sausage. Evenly distribute the mixture into greased muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown and tooth pick comes out clean.
