Beef / Mince Chilli Or Bolognese

Ingredientes

300g lean beef or mince

1 onion, chopped

1 carrot, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can dried tomatoes

1/2 can kidney beans (optional)

1 tsp chilli powder of mixed herbs

200-250g pasta or rice

Salt & pepper

1 tbsp oil

Instrucciones

  1. Cook pasta or rice per instructions

  2. In a pan, heat oil, sauté onion + garlic until soft

  3. Add carrot; cook until softened

  4. Add mince, brown, breaking up lumps

  5. Stir in diced tomatoes + beans + seasoning. Simmer 10-15 mins until sauce thickens

  6. Season to taste

  7. Serve sauce over pasta / rice
