cheese-sausage souffle

6 eggs, well beaten

2 cups milk

½ teaspoon dry mustard

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon horseradish

6 slices white bread, crusts removed and cubed

1 pound link sausage, diced, cooked, and drained

1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Must do ahead.

1. Mix first five ingredients, and set aside.

2. Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3. Combine egg and milk mixture with bread cubes and sausage. Pour into baking dish.

4. Top with grated cheese, and refrigerate 12 hours or overnight. Bake.

Temperature: 350° Time: 45 minutes
