Creamy blueberry filling

Blend until completely smooth:

1 cup (150 g) blueberries

½ cup (65 g) cashews

1 cup (240 g) coconut cream

¼ cup (80 g) maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

Pour into molds and freeze 6 hours, or overnight.

Crunchy white chocolate shell

1 cup (175 g) melted white chocolate

¼ cup (35 g) chopped almonds

Dip the frozen bars, then freeze 10–15 minutes until set.
