Crispy Lemon Chicken With Pesto Noodles

What you’ll need:

1 chicken breast, cut into pieces

1/4 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup parmesan

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 tsp honey (optional)

Noodles or pasta of choice, I used udon

Pesto, I used homemade

Toss chicken pieces with a bit of oil and then add bread crumbs, parm and zest of lemon. If it’s not fully sticking then add a little bit more oil.

Air fry at 400 for 10-12 minutes. Toss the chicken with the lemon juice and honey.

Serve on top of pesto noodles w/ sautéed tomatoes.
