From Susie mother in law

1lb. ground beef or ground turkey

1 med. onion

1 Can peas and carrots (drained)

1 can tomato soup (concentrate)

1tsp Worcestershire sauce

½tsp salt

1/4tsp basil

1/8 tsp pepper

3 cups hot mashed potatoes homemade or instant

1 cup shredded velveta cheese mother in law says she uses more

Brown ground beef/ground turkey and onion. Drain mix either soup (no water or milk in soup) salt, pepper basil and Worcestershire sauce. Place in bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle half the cheese. Drain peas and carrots well and place on top of cheese. Make potatoes and place in mounds on top sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in oven 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
