8tbsp butter

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup water

1 cup flour

2 tbsp sugar

7 eggs

In a sauce pan over medium heat, bring butter milk and water to a boil

Turn off the heat and add flour and sugar, mix with a wooden spoon until you form a paste

Transfer the dough onto a stand mixer with paddle attachment and add the eggs one by one, the dough should be sticky and stretchy (you can also knead them in by hand)

Scoop dough with an ice cream scooper onto a sheet tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes or until they’re golden

Let cool completely and fill with ice cream!
