10 ½ oz Campbell's condensed cream of bacon soup

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup real bacon bits

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 egg

1/2 cup crushed Doritos

Preheat Oven

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix Cream Cheese and Soup

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and cream of bacon soup using an electric mixer until smooth.

Add Cheese and Bacon

Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese and real bacon bits until evenly combined.

Prepare Chicken

Slice the chicken breasts horizontally to create a pocket and open them up.

Stuff Chicken

Spoon the cream cheese mixture onto the bottom halves of the chicken breasts and fold the top halves back over to enclose the filling.

Crack the egg into a small bowl and beat well.

Coat Chicken

Brush the beaten egg on the tops of the stuffed chicken breasts.

Add Doritos Topping

Sprinkle the crushed Doritos over the top of each chicken breast and press gently to ensure they adhere.

Place the dish in the oven and bake for 33 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
