Asian Chicken Meatballs

500g chicken mince

1 c fresh breadcrumbs

4 shallots, finely chopped

1 t crushed garlic, from jar

½ t crushed ginger, from jar

1 T soy sauce

2 t sesame oil

2 t caster sugar

Combine all ingredients.

Roll into walnut sized balls.

Chill 15 mins.

Fry in a little oil.
