Zutaten

500 grams of vegetables such as:

200-250g cabbage (chopped)

1-2 carrots (shredded)

1/4 red bell pepper (small chop)

1/2 cauliflower head (small chop)

Handful of chopped celery leaves

Dressing:

17 g salt (2 tsp)

10 g sugar (1 tsp)

65 ml vinegar (2 oz)

35 ml sunflower or canola oil (~1 oz)

1 small bay leaf

5-6 black peppercorns

Anweisungen

Mix dressing ingredients in a small sauce pan, bring to boil just enough to melt the salt and sugar, take off the heat, and let it cool down a bit. Remove the bay leave, all spice and the peppercorns, and pour over the chopped vegetables. Mix well and let it sit in the fridge for at least 24 hours, mixing a few times.
