3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
4 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of 2 lemons
Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rub the pork with olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork until browned on all sides, about 4 minutes per side.
Transfer to a baking dish, drizzle with lemon juice, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
