Korean Sauce:

1 Tbsp – Sesame Oil

2 Tbsp gochujang

1 Tsp fish sauce

¼ cup – Honey

¼ cup – rice wine vinegar

1 Tbsp – salt (ranch)

2 Tbsp Sugar

3 – garlic cloves chopped

¼ water if sauce is too thick (optional)

Anweisungen

In a shallow frying pan on medium heat add sesame oil, once hot add the chopped garlic.

Cook till fragrant then add gochujang, fish sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, and sugar. Mix

well and add watcher if sauce is too thick or liquid evaporates too fast

Dredge your chicken thigh is flour, egg then corn flakes. Put them in your air fryer spray with oil and cook at 385F for 16min flip half way through. Cook till an internal of 165F is reached
