Simple Beef Marinade for Stir Fry

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon dark soy sauce (optional, for color)
- ½ tablespoon Shaoxing cooking wine (or dry sherry)
- 2 tablespoons water
- ½ tablespoon neutral oil
- ½ teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
Anweisungen
1. In bowl or measuring cup, combine ingredients together.
2. Put the combined ingredients into a ziploc bag or other vessel of marinating choice.
3. Add sliced beef (up to 300 grams) into marinade. Refrigerate for at least half an hour or more.
4. Cook your beef according to your stir fry recipe instructions.
