½ cup cottage cheese

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tsp maple syrup

½ ripe banana

1 tbsp chia seeds

Crushed almonds or granola

Optional: more banana + peanut butter to top

Anweisungen

Blend cottage cheese, peanut butter, maple syrup & banana.

Stir in chia seeds.

Pour into a bowl or jar.

Top with banana slices, PB drizzle & crushed almonds.

Chill for 4+ hours or overnight.

Devour with a spoon and a smile.
