Roasted Red Pepper Pasta

4 red peppers
1 garlic bulb
3 shallots
20 cherry tomatoes
1 tsp salt
500g pasta
150 g vegan cream cheese
200 ml pasta water
1 handful of basil
1 tsp Italian herbs

Place all the ingredients for the oven vegetables on a tray, sprinkle with oil and salt and put in the oven for 35 minutes (200 degrees/fan oven).
Meanwhile, cook the pasta
Mix the oven vegetables together with the remaining ingredients to make a sauce
Mix the pasta and sauce and enjoy
