• 1/3 cup + 1 tsp all-purpose flour
• 1 scoop GHOST Chips Ahoy protein powder
• 1 heaping tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp pure maple syrup or sugar-free syrup
• 1–2 tbsp mini chocolate chips (optional)
• Dash of vanilla extract (optional)
• Pinch of salt
• Butter or oil spray for cooking
Anweisungen
1. Blend cottage cheese, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
2. In a bowl, combine flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
3. Stir the wet mix into the dry until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
4. Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat. Lightly coat with spray or butter.
5. Scoop ~¼ cup batter per pancake. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
