Peanut Butter and Blueberry Oatmeal

1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Gather ingredients.
Bring milk, oats, chia seeds, and salt to a simmer in a medium saucepan over medium-high.
Reduce heat and cook.
Reduce heat to medium-low; cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Transfer to bowl.
Transfer to a bowl and swirl in peanut butter.
Add fruit.
Top with blueberries and peanuts.
Top with maple syrup.
Drizzle with maple syrup, if desired.
