Low Carb Pizza

1/4 cup flour

1 cup cottage cheese

2 whole eggs

salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning

1/2 cup pizza sauce

3/4 cup Low fat mozzarella Cheese

10 turkey pepperonis

Anweisungen

In a kitchen aid (or mixing bowl) combine flour, cottage cheese, eggs, seasonings and mix

once mixed, pour batter on to a pan topped with parchment paper and spread thin into a round crust

Cook on 375 for 15mins, then take the crust out and flip it over cooking for another 10mins

Once cooked, top with 1/2 cup pizza sauce, mozzarella, and turkey pepperonis.

Place back in the over for 10mins until crust becomes firm, cut into 8 slices and enjoy!
