Homemade Pizza Dough

One of my favorite things to make (and it happens to be sooo simple) and always get the most compliments is homemade pizza dough.

But this dough can’t be sold at the stand as I can’t sell raw dough, even if it’s refrigerated. So instead I’ll share the recipe with you so you can enjoy it at home.

And I don’t wanna hear I can’t do yeast, you can do this recipe.

Pizza Dough

1 cup warm water

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp honey

2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

2 1/2-3 cups all purpose flour

1 tsp salt

Anweisungen

In a bowl, add water, oil, honey, and yeast. Whisk, let bloom for 5 minutes (foamy looking).

Then add flour and salt. Start with 2 1/2 c of flour and add as needed. Dough should be soft but not super sticky.

Place back in bowl and cover with a towel for 20 minutes. Boom. Done. Ready to shape and bake your pizza!

This isn’t a pizza recipe, it’s a dough recipe. So add whatever your heart desires.

But the crust is best baked at 425 for 15-18 minutes or until done to your liking.
