Chocolate Protein Donuts Gas ⛽️ or Trash

1 large or 250g cooked sweet potato
1 ripe banana
2 eggs
1 scoop chocolate whey isolate protein powder (@transparentlabs Code ‘MWFIT’ for 10% off)
30g unsweetened cocoa powder
90g sugar free chocolate chips
10g coconut oil
1 tsp baking powder
Anweisungen
Add everything except the chocolate topping ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth (I’d recommend blending instead of mashing for the best consistency)
Pour the batter evenly into greased donut molds.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then pop the donuts out onto parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate chips with a little coconut oil in the microwave and spoon the melted chocolate over the top of each donut.
Place in the fridge or freezer for 5 to 10 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Then enjoy
