SOUP Chicken Vegetable Soup

  • 1 Rotisserie chicken or any whole chicken.

  • Water

  • Oregano

  • Celery

  • Onion

  • 1 package Sliced Mushrooms

  • 8 Gold potatos

  • 1/2 package baby Carrots

  • (optional) White rice

  • Heavy cream

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Anweisungen

  1. Pick rotisserie chicken somewhat clean and set picked chicken aside.

  2. Put enough water in a pan to cover whole chicken carcass.

  3. Season water with salt, pepper and oregano.

  4. Bring water to a boil then turn heat down and let it simmer for a few hours.

  5. While simmering, keep tasting and add spices to desired flavor. Do it a few times while boiling.

  6. Also, while simmering, chop veggies into bite sized pieces.

  7. Remove carcass from water and finish picking clean.

  8. Add all chicken and veggies to water and bring to a boil then turn heat down to simmer.

  9. Add heavy cream to desired color.

  10. Let simmer until veggies are cooked to desired doneness. About 40 minutes.

  11. (if you want chicken and rice soup) Cook rice in rice cooker while veggies are simmering.

  12. Optional - Garnish with avocado
