Single Serve Cheesecake

Crust-
1/3 cup teddy grahams
1/2 tbsp butter (melted)
1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
Cheesecake filling-
1/2 cup softened cream cheese
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1/3 of an egg (whisked)
Dash of vanilla
Powdered sugar for topping
Anweisungen
Preheat the oven to 375F.
To a small baking dish (I used The Bake Shops Mini Casserole dish), add the teddy grahams & crush into a course dust. Then add the butter, sugar, & cinnamon & mix until well combined. Pat form to the bottom of the dish & bake for 5-8 minutes.
While the crust is baking, add cream cheese & sugar to a small bowl & mix until well combined. Then add the egg & vanilla & mix in.
Take out the dish with the crust, add the cheesecake filling to the top of the crust, smooth the top, clean the sides, & bake for 15 minutes or until the sides are starting to golden & there’s a slight jiggle in the center of the cheesecake.
Take out, place in the fridge for an hour, top with powdered sugar, & enjoy!
