Watermelon Salad

1 ½ Mijenta Blanco

1oz acid adjusted watermelon juice

3/4oz feta infused manzanilla sherry

1/2oz agave

4–5 basil leaves

Anweisungen

Add everything to your shaker with ice and shake for 8–10 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled glass and garnish with cubes of watermelon and feta, a few drops of olive oil, and a drizzle of balsamic. Enjoy.

Feta Infused Sherry:

Combine 8oz manzanilla sherry with about 2 square inches of feta. The goal is salinity and body, so go by taste. Infuse for 24 hours and fine strain.

Acid Adjusted Watermelon Juice:

Combine 500ml freshly juiced watermelon with 10g citric acid and 10g malic acid. Blend well.
