You Don't Hate Egg Salad, You're Just Making It Wrong

6 large hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon

2 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

4 (2 ounce) slices white bread

Anweisungen

Stir eggs, mayonnaise, bacon, Cheddar, green onions, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined. Use the back of a fork to mash ingredients together until evenly combined.

Spread half of the egg salad mixture evenly on 2 of the bread slices; top each with 1 bread slice. Cut sandwiches in half and serve.
