Anweisungen

Sprinkle some salt on fish (i use red snapper! it's my fav) & top with sliced ginger. Steam fish for 5-7 minutes depending on the size of your fish

Now before you make the sauce, prep your aromatics - coriander 🌿 ginger 🫚 🧄 spring onions

Make the sauce. Pour oil, and Quadro (1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil)

Remove ginger and fishy water from steam. Top the sauce on the cooked fish & serve!
