Cheesy Ditalini

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoons minced garlic

16oz box of Ditalini pasta

3 cups chicken broth or stock

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Crushed red pepper to taste (optional)

3-4 tablespoons butter (optional)

Anweisungen

Heat olive oil in a saucepan with some minced garlic.

Add ditalini Pasta & stir for about a minute, being careful not to burn the pasta.

Stir in seasonings.

Add chicken broth, bring to a boil, reduce to medium heat. Cover and let simmer until most of the broth is absorbed.

Add heavy whipping cream

Stir in Parmesan.

Serve with fresh Parmesan.
