13g salt

195g starter

27g oil

20g molasses

Anweisungen

Make sure starter is fed.

Combine all ingredients together into shaggy dough.

Stretch and fold 4 times (one stretch and fold every 30 minutes).

Portion into roughly 8-10oz balls (according to mom) for pizza.

Use as normal dough.
