Jake’s Green Goddess Dressing Recipe

Zutaten

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 cup parsley

1 cup fresh herbs (cilantro, dill, tarragon, green onions/chives)

1 tsp fresh zested lemon

1/4 cup chopped pickle

1 clove garlic

1 whole lemon, juiced

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Anweisungen

1.) Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until it reaches your desired consistency.

2.) Pour into a pint jar with a tight fitting lid. Will keep fresh for a week in the fridge, but fresh herbs oxidize quickly once processed. Lemon juice and vinegar help with shelf life and taste.
