Pumpkin Cake

Zutaten

2 c. flour

1 t. baking powder

2 t. soda

2 t. cinnamon

1/2 t. salt

4 eggs

1 c. oil

2 c. sugar

1 t. vanilla

2 c. pumpkin puree

Anweisungen

Sift together dry ingredients. Beat the remaining ingredients together, except the pumpkin. Add dry to liquid. Add pumpkin beat together. Use 9" cake pans and bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes. Chill.

Cream together icing and ice once cake is cooled.

Variation: for pumpkin bars, simply pour batter into a jelly-roll pans and bake.
