1 Granny Smith Apple (sliced into rounds)
Date Caramel: 8 soaked dates, ½ tsp vanilla, dash of salt, ⅓ cup almond milk (blend until creamy)
½ a dark chocolate bar melted with 1 tsp coconut oil
Peanuts, shredded coconut for toppings
Anweisungen
Coat each apple slice with the date caramel.
Sprinkle with your favorite toppings (I love peanuts and coconut!).
Drizzle melted chocolate over the top, then sprinkle a touch of sea salt.
Pop it in the freezer for a few hours until set—and try not to eat the whole tray in one sitting! 😜
