1 scoop of vanilla ice cream

4 ounces of pineapple juice

2 cups of frozen pineapple

Anweisungen

Add all 3 ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.

You can eat it as is or squeeze it out from a piping bag to form that iconic yellow swirl. A Ziploc bag or parchment paper work as well.

Top with a cocktail umbrella for some tropical fun.
