Protein Pancake Bowl (No Protein Powder)

  • 1/2 cup quick oats or oat flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1-2 tbsp milk of choice

Mix-ins: Berries, chocolate chips, or nuts

Anweisungen

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

  2. Pour the batter into a small greased baking dish. Optionally mix in berries etc.

  3. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, until golden on top and cooked through.

Add your favorite toppings or syrup and enjoy!
