Protein Pancake Bowl (No Protein Powder)

- 1/2 cup quick oats or oat flour 
- 1/2 tsp baking powder 
- 1/4 tsp baking soda 
- 1 egg 
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese 
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 
- 1-2 tbsp milk of choice 
Mix-ins: Berries, chocolate chips, or nuts
Anweisungen
- Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth. 
- Pour the batter into a small greased baking dish. Optionally mix in berries etc. 
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, until golden on top and cooked through. 
Add your favorite toppings or syrup and enjoy!
