Vodka Sauce Pasta

Zutaten

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. hot Italian sausage

1 can diced tomatoes (fire roasted is best)

1 can tomato paste

3 cloves garlic

1 tub (~8 oz) marscapone cheese

1/3 - 1/2 cup vodka

Red pepper-flakes, to taste

1 box Pasta - rigatoni is best

Anweisungen

Cook sausage down (either chunk like meatballs or ground beef) then add tomatoes, paste, garlic, and cook down. Add vodka, red pepper and cook down. Add marscapone and stir, cook til heated throush then mix with noodles, serve.
