Roasted Tomato and Feta Pasta

24 ounces of Grape or Cherry Tomatoes
2 Blocks of Feta Cheese
1 box of Rotini Pasta
Half a box of Chickpea Rotini Pasta
Season to Taste
Salt
Pepper
Oregeno
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
OPTIONAL
1 llb of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Drizzle of Olive Oil
Season to Taste Salt
Season to Taste Pepper
Season to Taste Ground Cumin
Anweisungen
Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees.
In a large baking place the two blocks of Feta down, then surround with the Grape Tomatoes.
Drizzle Olive Oil on top then add the Oregano, Salt, Pepper, and Crushed Red Pepper.
Place dish in oven for 30-35 minutes or until tomatoes are bubbling.
While thats cooking, get out a pot and start boiling water. When water comes to boil, put in your noodles and cook following instructions on box.
Once cooked, take dish out and smash the tomatoes with large wooden spoon. They should smash without resistance, if theres any resistance pop back in oven.
Mix together the smashes tomatoes, Feta, and Pasta in dish and you're all done.
Optional:
Drizzle Olive oil on chicken breasts then season with Salt, Pepper, and Ground Cumin.
Turn stove top on to Medium-High heat and sear both sides.
Once brown, check if chicken is cooked. If pink in center, turn heat down to Medium or Medium-Low and let sit till fully cooked.
Once cooked, you can slice up chicken and add to pasta.
