Blueberry Peach Quinoa Breakfast Bake

1 C Blueberries
1 C Peaches
1 C Quinoa
2 C Milk, I used oatmilk
1 tbsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Maple syrup
2 eggs or 2 flax eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
*optional: 1 scoop protein or serve with high protein yogurt
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 375F 
- Using a 9×9 pan pour the blueberries and peaches and quinoa into the pan to make an even layer 
- Pour the cinnamon, syrup, vanilla and milk into the pan. Whisk the eggs and them as well. Mix everything together. 
- Bake for 60-75 minutes until the center is not longer liquid
