1 cup uncooked quinoa

1 cup chocolate chips

¼ cup chopped dates

Anweisungen

1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the raw quinoa. Stir until you start to hear the quinoa pop, 5-8 minutes.

2. Lower the heat to low, add the chocolate chips and dates and stir until the chocolate is just melted, and everything is well combined.

3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the quinoa mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. They will be sticky and hard to form, so it’s fine if they are not smooth and round. You’ll get about 15. Place in the freezer to allow them to set for 20 minutes.
