Kathy’s moms cinnabon rolls

ROLLS

1/2c warm water

2 pkg dry yeast

2 TBLS sugar

1 - 3.5 oz box of vanilla pudding

1/2 c butter - room temperature

2 eggs

1 tsp salt

6 c flour

2 c brown sugar

4 tsp cinnamon

FROSTING

8 oz cream cheese - softened

1/2 c butter

1 tsp vanilla

3 c powdered sugar

1 TBLS milk

Anweisungen

Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl combine water yeast and sugar. Set aside.

In a large bowl, prepare pudding according to package directions. Add butter eggs and salt, mix well. Add yeast mixture and stir. Gradually add flour. Knead until smooth.

Place in an oiled bowl, cover with towel and let rise to double the size. Pinch down dough and let rose again.

Roll out on floured surface 34x21. (Long side in front) take 1 c softened butter and spread on dough surface.

In a bowl mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of butter. Roll tightly. Cut 2” pieces with floss or a knife.

Place on lightly greased cookie sheet 2” apart. Lightly press down each roll. Cover and rose to double again.

Bake until they start to brown. Don’t overcook.

Prepare frosting while rolls are cooking. Frost warm rolls when they are finished.
