Lemon Tilapia

Zutaten

  • .45 lbs tilapia

  • 6oz spinach

  • 1 lemon (maybe more?)

  • Nonpareil capers

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • Parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano

  • Chicken bouillon

  • Heavy cream?

Anweisungen

Spinach

  1. 1 tbsp butter

  2. Minced garlic

  3. Spinach

  4. Salt, pepper, more than 1/2 lemon

Tilapia

  1. Rub with salt, peppers, garlic powder, little onion powder, parsley, oregano

  2. Sear both sides in EVOO on medium heat then add sauce ingredients before cooked

Sauce

  1. 3 tbsp butter

  2. 1 clove minced garlic

  3. _ minced capers + juice

  4. 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder

  5. 1/2 lemon and parsley

  6. Baste until fish is cooked (soft, flakey, 145)

  7. Remove fish and if sauce is left reduce (maybe add heavy cream)

Notizen

Don’t burn the garlic before adding spinach. It’ll cook move before the spinach wilts
