Classic Dumpling Dipping Sauces Commonly Served with Gyoza,

Spicy Chili Oil Dumpling Sauce
Ingredients

Sugar – ½ tsp
Sesame seeds – ½ tsp
Method
Combine soy sauce, chili oil, and vinegar.
Add garlic, sugar, and sesame seeds.
Mix well.
Flavor: spicy and aromatic
Garlic Sesame Dumpling Sauce
Ingredients
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Sesame oil – 1 tsp
Rice vinegar – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 2 cloves (minced)
Honey – 1 tsp
Green onions – 1 tbsp (chopped)
Method
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil.
Add garlic, honey, and green onions.
Stir well.
Flavor: nutty, garlicky, slightly sweet
Peanut Dumpling Sauce
Ingredients
Peanut butter – 2 tbsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Lime juice – 1 tbsp
Honey – 1 tbsp
Warm water – 2 tbsp
Chili flakes – ½ tsp
Method
Mix peanut butter and soy sauce.
Add lime juice and honey.
Add warm water to thin sauce.
Stir in chili flakes.
Flavor: creamy, sweet, spicy
Chef Tip:
Add 1 tsp chili crisp or chili oil to any dumpling sauce for restaurant-style flavor.
