1 x 400g tin chickpeas, drained

200g cottage cheese

1 rounded tablespoon tahini

1 garlic clove

1-2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon water

Anweisungen

Process all the ingredients together in the food process until smooth. Keeps for 2-3 days in the fridge.
