120g thick Greek yogurt

45ml honey

1 egg white

1 tsp vanilla

Pinch salt

Vejledning

Combine all ingredients in a bowl until a thick coconut mixture forms.

Leave it for 2 minutes to thicken slightly.

Place small spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined tray and shape gently.

Bake at 180°C for 15–18 minutes until the coconut turns lightly golden.

Cool a few minutes before enjoying.
