Asian Sliced Beef

600g Top sirloin steak (thinly sliced)

Beef Marinate:

3 tbsp Soy sauce

1 tbsp Brown sugar

1 tbsp Sesame oil

2 tbsp Garlic or Jarlic (minced)

1/2 tsp Ginger

3/4 Apple (grated)

1/2 tsp Black pepper

2 Green onions (chopped)

1/2 tbsp Sesame seeds

1/2 tbsp Chili flakes

Green beans:

250g Green beans (washed)

1 tbsp Soy sauce

1/2 tbsp Sesame oil

1 tbsp Garlic or Jarlic (minced)

Vejledning

Thinly slice your beef cut of choice

Marinate with listed ingredients.

Cover and let marinate for at least 25min.

Add a bit of oil in a pan on med/high heat.

Add beef and cook for 3-4min.

Remove and let cool.

To the same pan, add a bit more oil and your washed green beans. Cook for 2-3min.

To your beans add soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic.

Turn heat to medium and fry for another 2-3min. Remove and let cool.

Serve over a bed of jasmine rice. Enjoy!
