a great breakfast if you're tired of the usual breakfast bowls!
Cube your bread into bite sized chunks, place in a small glass meal prep container or any small casserole dish will do (spray with nonstick spray)
In a small bowl, mix together your milk and liquid egg whites, salt and pepper. Mix well and pour over bread cubes, let these sit for 5 or so minutes to soak up the liquid a little
Take a slice of thin sliced cheese and cut or fold to make small squares, tuck these squares between some of your bread cubes, do the same with your ham.
Bake 400F for 20-25 min, drizzle with a small amount of hot honey and sprinkle of parmesan when ready to eat!
