½ cup or 120g egg whites
½ cup or 120g Greek yogurt
½ cup or 120g pumpkin purée
½ cup or 120ml fat-free milk
Brownie Batter — Dry
¼ cup or 50g all-purpose flour
6 tbsp or 75g monk fruit sweetener

2 tbsp or ~10g cocoa powder
½ tsp or ~2g baking soda
½ tsp or ~2g baking powder
Pinch of salt
Cookie Batter — Wet
3 tbsp or 40g Greek yogurt
1 tbsp + 2 tsp or 25g egg whites
½ tsp or 2.5ml vanilla extract
Cookie Batter — Dry
¼ cup or 10 all-purpose flour

2 tsp or 5g oat flour
2 tbsp or ~24g monk fruit sweetener
½ tsp or ~2g baking soda
Pinch of salt
Optimal Toppings:

Vejledning
Start with the brownie batter. Add the egg whites, Greek yogurt, pumpkin purée and milk to a bowl and mix until smooth.
Add the flour, sweetener, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix until a smooth brownie batter forms.
Pour the brownie batter into a greased oven-safe dish and set aside.
For the cookie batter, combine the Greek yogurt, egg whites and vanilla extract.
Add the flour, vanilla protein powder, oat flour, sweetener, baking soda and salt, then mix until a thick cookie dough forms.
Add the cookie dough over the brownie batter and gently spread it across the top.
Bake at 350F (180C) until the brownie is cooked through and the cookie layer is golden. About 20-25 minutes
Let cool slightly before digging in.
